When your application is approved, there is a short one-time setup before your teaching tools unlock. It exists so your public presence looks professional from day one.
The setup gate
After approval, Maram guides you into Practitioner Setup and keeps you there until it is complete. This is the practitioner equivalent of the new-member profile step: a small, one-time thing that you only do once.
Your branded photo
The main part of setup is your branded practitioner photo. Rather than a plain headshot, this is a clean, consistent portrait that is used across your cards, your profile, and your product pages. You can capture it with your device camera or upload a photo, and there is a step to frame it well.
Your photo colour
You choose your Photo Background Colour, the single colour that sits behind your portrait and forms your accent across your cards and profile. It is the one colour you control; the rest of the interface stays consistent across the platform.
After setup
Once setup is complete, your teaching tools unlock:
- Your practitioner dashboard
- The product builder
- Your audience, analytics, payouts, and emails
Editing later
You can update your branded photo and colour later from your profile. Because the branded photo is special, the photo step in Edit Profile links you back to the setup flow rather than letting a plain upload overwrite it.
