Every live product has a delivery mode and a recording policy. These decide how learners attend, whether they get a recording, and, importantly, what unlocks your payout.
Delivery mode
Products are delivered online (live on your connected Zoom). You set this in the delivery section of the editor.
Recording policy
For online paid products you choose a recording policy:
- A recording window, such as 7, 14, or 30 days, during which buyers can watch the recording after the session.
- None (live only), meaning no recording.
Sprint Lessons are always live only. Choose deliberately, and describe it honestly, because the product page tells learners exactly what to expect. Do not imply a recording where there is not one.
How recordings are captured
If your product includes a recording, Maram turns on cloud recording for the Zoom meeting and imports the recording automatically once Zoom has processed it. Live-only products are created without recording.
Confirming delivery
Delivery is what unlocks your payout, so confirming it matters.
- For an online product with a recording, delivery is confirmed automatically when the recording imports.
- For products that are not auto-confirmed, you confirm delivery yourself with the Confirm delivered action on the product or session once it has run.
Why delivery gates your payout
Your earnings are held until the session is delivered and the short payout hold clears. This is what lets Maram promise learners their payment is protected until they are taught. See How you get paid.
If a learner reports a problem
If a buyer reports that a session did not happen, that payment is held while an admin reviews it. Run your sessions as promised and this never comes up.
