If you offer a Service as a live one-to-one, buyers book a time with you. You control when you are available from your Availability page.
Turn a service into a bookable 1:1
In the Service editor there is a Live 1:1 booking toggle and a session length. Turn it on for services you want to deliver as a live call. Services can also be flat, non-bookable packages; the toggle is only for the live ones.
Set your availability
Open Availability in your practitioner area and set:
- Your weekly hours and your time zone.
- How much notice you need before a booking.
- How far ahead people can book.
- A buffer (gap) between sessions.
- A master switch to turn bookings on or off.
Your upcoming one-to-ones are listed there too, each with a start link.
How a buyer books
After buying, the buyer picks an open time in their own time zone. Maram creates the meeting on your connected Zoom and emails the details to both of you. Booking a 1:1 uses the same Zoom permission your online workshops already use, so nothing extra is needed.
Reschedules and cancellations
A buyer can reschedule once or cancel, which moves or removes the meeting on your Zoom. Your availability is always re-checked when they book or reschedule, so a stale time cannot be taken.
Getting paid for a 1:1
A booking only schedules the session; it does not by itself release your payout. The payout follows the two-sided delivery rule: it is released after you mark the session delivered and the buyer confirms, once the hold clears. If a buyer no-shows a session they booked, the default is that it counts as delivered.
