Buying on Maram is a normal, secure card checkout. Here is how it works and what happens after you pay.
How to buy
- On the product page, choose your options (for example the number of seats) and select Enroll or the buy button.
- You are taken to a secure checkout. If you are not signed in, you will be asked to sign in or sign up first.
- Enter your card details. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Tick the box to agree to the Terms and Refund Policy, then pay.
The consent tick
Before you can pay, you confirm that you want access immediately and understand that once a live session or recording begins, the 14-day cancellation right no longer applies. This is a normal part of buying live and digital content. See Refunds and cancellations.
Currency
Prices are shown and charged in US dollars, wherever you are. Your bank converts to your local currency at their rate.
What happens after you pay
- You get an order confirmation email with your receipt and enrolment details.
- The product appears in your account straight away, under the matching area (Workshops, Cohort Programs, and so on).
- For a live product, your join link is there ready for the session time.
Your payment is protected
The practitioner does not receive your money immediately. Maram holds it until your session has been delivered. If the session is cancelled or does not happen, you are refunded automatically. This is The Maram Guarantee.
Free products
Free Sprint Lessons and free Resources do not need a card. You simply save your seat or enter your email to receive the download.
