Buying live training from someone you have not met should not feel like a risk. The Maram Guarantee is the promise behind every purchase. There are four parts, and they are all simply how Maram works, not marketing.
1. Vetted practitioners only
Everyone who teaches on Maram is reviewed and approved before they can sell a single session. You are learning from someone we have checked for real AI expertise and the ability to teach it, not from anyone who signed up. See Vetting and the Vetted by Maram seal.
2. Your payment is protected until you are taught
When you pay, the practitioner does not receive the money straight away. Maram holds it until your session has actually been delivered, then releases it. Most platforms pay the seller immediately and leave you to claw money back if something goes wrong. On Maram you do not have to.
3. If it does not happen, you are refunded automatically
If a session is cancelled, or a practitioner does not show up, you are refunded in full without chasing anyone. You can also tell us if a session you paid for did not take place, and the payment is held while we look into it. See Report a session that did not happen.
4. A real person stands behind it
If something goes wrong, you can reach a real member of the Maram team, and we reply within 24 hours. See Get help.
