This explains, in plain terms, when you can get a refund and what happens if a session is cancelled. The full, binding detail is in the Refund Policy; this is the everyday summary.
If a practitioner cancels or does not show
You are refunded in full, automatically. You do not need to ask, and you do not chase the practitioner. Maram handles it and emails you a refund receipt. For a cohort, a single cancelled session is normally rescheduled rather than the whole program being refunded.
The 14-day cancellation right
Under UK and EU rules you may have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase. Because Maram sells live and digital content, you confirm at checkout that you want access immediately and understand that once a live session or recording begins, that 14-day right no longer applies. This is why the consent tick is there.
Rescheduling
A practitioner may reschedule a session once. If the new time does not work for you, you are refunded, with Maram keeping its 10 percent fee.
If a session did not happen
If you paid for a session that did not take place, you can report it, which holds the payment while an admin reviews it. See Report a session that did not happen.
Services
A paid service is delivered two-sided: the practitioner marks it delivered and you confirm you received it. If you book a 1:1 and do not attend, the default is that it counts as delivered.
How refunds show
A refunded purchase is kept in your account and marked Refunded, so you always have the record. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Still unsure
If you are not sure whether you are entitled to a refund, just ask. Use the Help button or email support@maram.solutions and we will look at it fairly.
