If you are bringing a team, or buying for other people, you can purchase more than one seat of a workshop or cohort program in a single checkout, and share the extra seats by email.
Buying more than one seat
- On the checkout for a workshop or cohort, use the Number of seats control to choose how many you need.
- The total updates. Buying several seats applies an automatic group discount.
- Pay once for all the seats.
Bundles are sold as a single package and do not use multi-seat.
The group discount
When you buy two or more seats of the same product, a group discount is applied automatically, and it increases at larger quantities. The discount and the final total are shown at checkout before you pay.
Sharing your seats
After you pay, you can transfer any of your extra seats to other people by email, so each person gets their own access.
- Go to Manage seats in your account learning area.
- Enter the email address for each seat you want to give.
- That person receives access under their own account.
Keeping track
Manage seats shows how many seats you bought, how many you have shared, and who has them, so you always know where each seat is.
