A Service is direct access to a practitioner: a review, a consultation, coaching, or office hours. Some services are a live one-to-one you book a time for; others are delivered as an agreed piece of work. Here is how both work.
Buying a service
Buy a service from its product page like any other product. The page tells you what is included, what is not, the format, and when the practitioner will be in touch.
Booking a live 1:1
If the service is a bookable live session, you choose your time after you buy:
- Open the service from Services in your account.
- Pick a date, then an open time. Times are shown in your own time zone.
- Confirm. Maram creates the meeting on the practitioner's Zoom and emails the details to both of you.
You can reschedule once, or cancel, from the same place.
Async services
If the service is delivered as a piece of work rather than a live call, the practitioner reaches out and delivers what was agreed. The product page tells you the turnaround.
Confirming delivery
Services are two-sided. The payout to the practitioner is released only after both the practitioner marks the work delivered and you confirm you received it. When your service is ready, confirm it from the service card in your purchases so everyone is squared away.
No-shows and reschedules
If you book a 1:1 and do not attend, the default is that the session counts as delivered and can be rescheduled once. The exact terms are in the Refund Policy. If something goes wrong on the practitioner's side, use the Help button or see Refunds and cancellations.
