You may have a promo code from a practitioner, or a welcome credit from Maram. Here is how each one works at checkout.
Promo codes
Some practitioners create promo codes for their products.
- At checkout, find the Promo code box.
- Type the code and select Apply.
- If it is valid for that product, the discount is applied and the total updates.
A code only works on the product it was made for, and only while it is active. If a code does not apply, check you have typed it correctly and that it is for this product.
The welcome credit
New members who joined through the waitlist may have a welcome credit. When you have credit, it is applied automatically at checkout and shown as a line in your total. Maram funds this credit, so the practitioner is still paid in full.
Two things to know:
- The welcome credit does not stack with a practitioner's promo code on the same purchase.
- The credit has an expiry date, shown in your account, so use it before then.
Seeing your total
Your checkout always shows the final amount before you pay, including any discount or credit, in US dollars. The number you confirm is the number you are charged.
Group discounts
