What we collect
- Your account details: your name, email, and the profile information you choose to add.
- Your activity on Maram: what you buy, enrol in, and complete, so we can give you access and build your profile.
- Payment information: handled by Stripe. Maram does not see or store your full card details.
How we use it
We use your data to run your account, give you access to what you buy, process payments and refunds, keep you informed, and build the AI skills profile that is the point of Maram. We do not sell your personal data.
Your visibility controls
You control how public your profile is: Public (anyone) or Limited (signed-in members only). You choose whether to feature your reviewed work. A private profile never leaks into public surfaces.
Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law you have rights over your data, including access and deletion. To exercise them, contact support@maram.solutions. Maram Solutions Ltd is the data controller, registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Emails
You control optional emails in your settings, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe option. Essential emails (receipts, security, account and payout updates) always send. See Notifications and emails.
Cookies
Maram uses cookies to keep you signed in and to run the site. The Cookie Policy explains them, and a banner lets you make your choice.
