Maram keeps you informed in two ways: a notification bell in the site, and email. You control the email side from your settings.
The notification bell
The bell in the top navigation shows things that need your attention: a reply to a support request, someone following you, a reply to your activity, a practitioner you follow publishing something new, and, for practitioners, sales and payout updates. Open the bell to see them.
Emails you can control
Under Settings, notifications, you can turn optional emails on or off, for example follow updates and product announcements. Turn off what you do not want.
Emails that always send
Some emails are essential, so they always send and cannot be switched off:
- Order confirmations and receipts
- Refunds and cancellations
- Security and sign-in alerts
- Account and application updates
- Payouts (for practitioners)
- Replies to your support requests
These are records of things that affect your money, access, or account, so we always send them.
Where our emails come from
Maram sends from a maram.live address. If you are missing an email you expected, check your spam or promotions folder and mark it as "not spam" so future emails arrive in your inbox.
Unsubscribing
Marketing-style emails include an unsubscribe link, and there is a one-click option your email app may show. Unsubscribing stops optional emails; it does not stop the essential records above.
