Round 2
Overview
You were trained to discover requirements by asking, listening, and writing it all down. That made sense when building software was slow and expensive. Building a working, clickable prototype is now nearly free. You can stand up a working prototype in minutes, and a working prototype pulls out what people actually need faster than any interview, user story, or spec. Put something real in front of stakeholders and the reactions pour out, and those reactions and feedback are critical! AI helps us write faster, but it doesn't mean that writing requirements is still the best way to collaborate.
What you'll learn
- Understand why AI (fast and low-cost code) makes a working prototype your strongest requirements artifact and fastest path to alignment. Understand why vibe coding an AI prototype beats other forms of discovery
- Turn vague stakeholder requests into concrete reactions, and capture those reactions as real requirements.
- Treat the prototype as a question you're asking, not an answer you're presenting.
Agenda
- 1 hourBuilding software is nearly free now. See why a working prototype has become your strongest requirements artifact and the fastest way to get stakeholders aligned.
- 1 hourTake prototypes from discovery into delivery-ready specs
Projects
Push a working prototype further by mapping detailed scenarios, creating specs, and agent readable specs.

FAQ
Who is this workshop designed for?
This workshop is for product managers, business analysts, designers, and anyone who currently gathers requirements through interviews, user stories, or written specs and wants a faster, more effective alternative.
Do I need to know how to code or have experience with AI tools?
No coding experience is required. The workshop focuses on using AI to stand up working prototypes quickly, so the emphasis is on the discovery skill, not on technical prerequisites.
What will I actually be doing during the session?
You will build a clickable prototype during the workshop itself, using AI to move from idea to something tangible that stakeholders can react to in real time.
Why prototyping instead of just writing better requirements?
A working prototype surfaces what people actually need far faster than any interview or document can, because stakeholders respond to something real in front of them rather than to a description of something that does not exist yet.
How long is the workshop and how is it delivered?
This is a live session held on the Maram platform; specific timing and schedule details are listed on the workshop page.
What will I be able to do differently after this workshop?
You will be able to use rapid prototyping as a discovery tool in your own work, replacing or shortening the requirements-gathering process by putting something clickable in front of stakeholders early and letting their reactions guide the conversation.
